Mailbox collaborative drafts now use a server-tracked room generation so sent replies clear shared draft state and collaborators reconnect cleanly instead of seeing stale editor content.

The storefront contact experience adds structured fields, clearer validation, and server-side submission paths (including order-status email flows) with safer fallbacks when opening a mail client.
