Release 1.16.2 · Connect a Gmail inbox for shared organization mail alongside Mailgun

Organizations with the right entitlement can link a Gmail account under Email Channels, reuse the same inbox threads as Mailgun-backed mail once messages arrive, optional brand link for routing, OAuth connect + DWD instructions in product, aliases for outbound “send as,” and Shopify order-notification email can resolve a linked Gmail mailbox when Mailgun verification is unavailable. Mailbox reply supports listing aliases before you send.
