Release 1.3.0 · Clearer org chat layout and fewer duplicate inbox alerts

Org chat uses an updated shell and sidebar flow. Inbox actions are easier to reach from the side navigation. Advertising insights access alerts dedupe by schedule (hourly, daily, or weekly jobs vs manual runs), so duplicate items should appear less often.
